1.1. The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without providing any reason. 1.2. Only unused products, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact, are eligible for return.

2. Return Procedure

2.1. To initiate a return, the buyer should contact us via email at help@probay.pl or through the live chat available on the website. 2.2. The seller is required to refund the full amount of the product within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

3. Return Shipping Costs
