1.2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of using the website and the rights and obligations of sellers and buyers.

2. Registration and User Account

2.3. Probay.pl reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of the terms.

3. Sales and Purchase Rules

3.1. The seller agrees to deliver a full-value product as described in the offer.
3.2. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with consumer protection law.
3.3. Transactions are conducted directly between users, and Probay.pl is not responsible for their outcome, although it may intervene in case of disputes.

4. Fees and Commissions

4.1. Registration on the platform is free.
4.2. Probay.pl charges a commission on sold products, according to the current pricing policy.
4.3. Commissions are automatically deducted after the transaction is completed.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1. Users are obliged to comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection laws.
5.2. All content posted by users must be in accordance with the terms and applicable laws.
5.3. Posting inappropriate, vulgar, or illegal content is prohibited.

6. Complaints

6.1. Complaints regarding the operation of the platform should be submitted via email help@probay.pl or chat on webiste.
6.2. Probay.pl will respond to complaints within 14 working days of receiving them.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. Probay.pl reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions. Changes will be published on the website and will come into effect 7 days after their publication.
7.2. In matters not regulated by these terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
